Maria Serena Porcari graduated magna cum laude in Business Administration from Bocconi University and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Fondazione Dynamo Camp and Chairwoman of Dynamo Academy.

She is a Board Member of SeriousFun Children's Network, where she also serves on both the Strategic Committee and the Program Committee. She is a Board Member and member of the Executive Committee of Bocconi University, and serves on the Boards of Fondazione Hospice MariaTeresa Chiantore Seràgnoli, Fondazione TOG ETS and Assobenefit.

She is also a member of the Territorial Advisory Board of Intesa Sanpaolo and serves on the Boards of KME Group and Natural Capital Italia. Until April 2026, she served as Independent Director of CIR S.p.A., where she chaired the Control, Risk and Sustainability Committee and acted as Lead Independent Director.

She began her professional career at IBM as a strategic consultant in the services sector and subsequently held several managerial and senior sales leadership positions for major corporate clients.

Maria Serena Porcari is a Chartered Accountant. She earned an MBA from Henley Management College (IBM Corporate MBA) and completed the CEMS Master’s in International Management. She also attended the executive programme “Innovating Health for Tomorrow” at INSEAD.

She contributes to executive education and academic programmes on Social Entrepreneurship and Strategic Philanthropy at Bocconi University, University of Milan, LUISS Business School, University of Bologna, the First-Level Master’s Programme in Recreational Therapy at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, Ca' Foscari Challenge School and New York University Florence.

Maria Serena Porcari is married and has three children.
