Pietro Andrea Bianchi Fedrigoni

Pietro A. Bianchi Fedrigoni is Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting at Bocconi University. He previously held faculty positions at U.S. universities, including the University of Miami and Florida International University. He earned his Ph.D. from IE Business School.

 

A central strand of his research examines the economic footprint of organized crime on firms and the professionals who serve them, with papers published in leading accounting journals, including The Accounting Review and Journal of Accounting Research. He has also published in top accounting journals on corporate governance, auditing, social network analysis, and private-firm reporting. Pietro has also earned multiple research, teaching, and service awards. He is Associate Editor of Auditing: A Journal of Practice & Theory and serves on the Editorial Reviewer Boards of The Accounting Review and Contemporary Accounting Research, among others.
