Maria Cucciniello

Maria Cucciniello is an Associate Professor in the Department of Social and Political Sciences at Bocconi University and Director of the Government, Health and Not for Profit Knowledge Area at SDA Bocconi. 

Her research focuses on public management, public service innovation, service design, digital government, and the use of artificial intelligence in public services. She studies how public organizations can design and deliver more effective, equitable, and citizen-centered services, with a particular interest in social policy, education, health,  and public sector innovation.
